HAPPY SKI S.L. is the controller of personal data collected through this website and its contact channels.
2. DATA WE MAY PROCESS
Depending on the channel used, we may process identification and contact details; information in enquiries; ages, sporting ability and needs relating to lessons or bookings; billing and booking data; communications with users; technical connection data such as IP addresses, browser and security logs; and, where relevant, data needed to address special requirements communicated voluntarily.
Data comes directly from the data subject or the adult making an enquiry or booking for their group or a child. Reviews displayed on the website come from profiles and content published on Google Business Profile.
We do not request special-category data through the general form. If information relevant to safety or adapting an activity is necessary, provide only what is strictly needed.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Enquiries and information requests: responding to messages, advising on services and taking pre-contractual steps requested by the user. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures or, for general enquiries, legitimate interest in responding.
Bookings and services: managing contracts, payments, lesson organisation, customer service, invoicing and incidents. The basis is performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
Marketing communications and newsletters: sending news, tips or offers where the user has subscribed or another applicable legal basis exists. The main basis is consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@happyski.es.
Reviews: displaying reviews published on Happy Ski’s Google profile to share customer experiences. The basis is legitimate interest, without altering content or using it for an incompatible purpose. Authors may exercise their right to object or request a review of a publication.
Security and operation: preventing abuse, access attempts, fraud and technical incidents, and keeping minimal logs. The basis is legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users.
4. DATA RETENTION
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to an enquiry or provide the service. It may then be retained in restricted form for the periods required to meet tax, accounting or contractual obligations or address potential liabilities.
Data used for marketing will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the right to object is exercised. Technical and security logs will be kept for a proportionate period necessary to investigate incidents. Reviews will no longer be displayed when removed from the source, no longer relevant or subject to a valid request.
5. RECIPIENTS, PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS
Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Providers acting on behalf of HAPPY SKI S.L. may access it, including web hosting, email, maintenance, forms, booking management, communications and payment providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data processing commitments.
Bookings are managed through Bloowatch. Processing on that platform is also subject to the information displayed during booking. Payments are processed by the providers enabled on the platform; HAPPY SKI S.L. does not receive full card details.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts, financial institutions or competent authorities where legally required.
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, processing must rely on an adequacy decision or GDPR-recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as applicable to the provider.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability where applicable and objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise these rights, email info@happyski.es or send your request to HAPPY SKI S.L., Plaza Pradollano s/n, Galería Telecabina Borreguiles, unit 3, 18196 Sierra Nevada, Granada. State the right you wish to exercise and provide the information needed to verify your identity where strictly necessary.
If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. CHILDREN, SECURITY AND UPDATES
Bookings or enquiries concerning children must be made by their parents, guardians or an authorised adult. The general form is not intended to collect information directly from children.
HAPPY SKI S.L. applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure. No system is entirely invulnerable, so measures are reviewed in line with the risks and services used.
This policy may be updated when processing, providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
